- Returns are easy and free!
- If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from confirmed delivery date.
To start, follow these 3 easy steps.
- Place all the items you want to return back into the original package or use your own packaging.
- Download & Complete our Returns Form which can be found HERE - RETURNS FORM
- Detach the included return label, tape it to the outside of your package and drop it in your mailbox or at the closest USPS. If you have misplaced or can not locate your prepaid label please email us at RETURNS@SHOPLUCKYDUCK.COM - a label will be sent within 24 hrs to you.
If something was wrong with your order, call us right away so that we can make it right. You can reach us by phone at 484-374-9577 by text at 610-705-2026 or email us at email@example.com. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 1pm-5pm EST.
Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 6 business days. You will then be given a refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus any discounts used at time of purchase.
- Returns must be sent/scanned by USPS within 30 days of your order's confirmed delivery date. Returns sent/scanned after 30 days will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
- Givaways or promotional items with retail value.
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- All items must be unwashed, unworn and include all original tags still attached to garment.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order delivery date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- All Accessories, Scarves, Intimates, and items marked final sale or flash sale in title are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Lucky Online Boutique reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and update this Policy at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for any lost returned packages customer elects to use own return shipping method. We highly recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing insurance.
