RETURN INFO:

  • You have 20 DAYS from the day your order is delivered to you (according to the tracking number) to send unworn merchandise back for a full refund minus any discounts applied, priority shipping costs and/or the use of our return label
The 20 day policy is firm. No exceptions will be made.  Store Credit will be issued on all returns that fall outside the 20 day window
 
We offer a free prepaid return label to all domestic returns.  This label is included inside your order stapled to your invoice.
International orders are responsible for ALL return shipping costs.

Due to hygiene reasons all accessories (including hats & headbands), all jewelry (including watches & glasses), home decor,  intimates (including camis + slips), one size fits most leggings, seamless wear, workout clothing, socks & beauty items are final sale only. 

With this is mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on! 

  • Sale items + featured items are all FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • SALE & FINAL SALE ITEMS CONTAIN WORDS FINAL SALE & FLASH SALE IN TITLE
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable 
If it is not in returnable condition or it is received after the 15 day policy, items will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
ITEMS marked with FINAL SALE in product title can not be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

ORDER CHARGES

To get your items to you in a jiffy, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item (see backorders below) and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!

BACKORDERS | Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up. Other times we’re days away from receiving the restock. Either way, you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you asap; if it’ll be on backorder longer than two weeks, a refund will be issued automatically. We know that OMG I NEED THIS IMMEDIATELY feeling that comes over you when you love something and have the perfect event to show it off at. We heart your patience and excitement.

SHIPPING | We ship via USPS to offer you free standard shipping  and affordable priority shipping.  When your item ships, you will receive an email with the parcel number; this is a delivery confirmation number, NOT a tracking number. The number may not show or be updated with tracking info in the USPS system even though it has shipped. Rest easy that your order is on its way (and try not to stalk the mail carrier…too much). Most in-stock items ship within 2 business day of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours (business) to process. We cannot refund for priority shipping charges if orders are shipped within this 72 hour processing time prior to shipping.

PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS | Delivery for international orders varies by country but takes an average of 9-18 business days. Please note we cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship direct to Canada, Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom. 

DELIVERY | We ship to the Paypal or ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. 

EXPRESS ORDERS | Express orders must be received before 1EST to be shipped that same day. A rush fee of 35.50 applies.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS + CODES | On occasion we offer flash sales & discounts? Because our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments for order placed outside of 12 hours. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES | We love what we do and we want you to love your items. Brand new unworn, unwashed clothing (and shoes) with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair may be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase for refund to original payment.  we are unable to issue refund to alternate form of payment.  DUE TO VOLUME WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES - TO ENSURE WE ARE WORKING AT OUR QUICKEST AND KEEPING INVENTORY ACCURATE - EXCHANGE REQUESTS WILL BE IGNORED AND REFUNDED TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 3 days of receipt.  It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors and cutting garments will not be replaced. 


Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus any discounts used at time of purchase.

SHOE RETURNS: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for a return and will be marked "return to sender". Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for any lost returned packages customer elects to use own return shipping method.  We highly recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing insurance.
