Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes! The server for Shopluckyduck.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with your browser – Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Chome and AOL – that allows only Shopluckyduck.com to read the personal information that you submit. You will know that you are in an encrypted area when you see a solid key (Netscape), or a closed lock (Internet Explorer, Chrome & AOL) in the lower lefthand corner of your browser window.

How long does shipping take?

We make our best effort to ship in-stock items the next business day after your order is placed. Due to High Order Volume orders may take up to 3 business days to ship. Please note we are located in Philadelphia so the closer you are to Philadelphia, PA the quicker your package will get to you. 

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

P.O. Boxes & Stores

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail only. Overnight and Express delivery options are unavailable at this time. 

Non-U.S. Addresses

We ship to all U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and many international countries. Please visit the International section for more information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Amazon.

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING, AM I CRAZY?
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the mail system to scan your package and update the tracking.  in rare instances you may receive a tracking number on Friday but not have an update on the tracking info until Monday
 
MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT. WHAT DO I DO?
You need to call your local Post Office (not the 1-800 number) and they will be able to speak to the specific driver that dropped off the package. They will be able to tell you exactly where the package was left.

If an item runs small or if we have a size chart specific to a particular brand, it will be listed in the product description and provide measurements whenever possible
 

MY SIZE IS SOLD OUT, WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?

We will do everything we can to restock our most popular items and sizes that sell out fast. However, we are not able to restock everything on our website. If there is still a possibility of restocking the item, there will be a 'NOTIFY ME OF RESTOCK' option below the 'Add To Cart' button on individual product pages.  We Strongly encourage you to sign up for these notifications as we prioritize items to re-order based on the amount of restock sign ups.
Please leave your email for your desired size and you will automatically receive an email notification when we are able to restock that specific size or item.

Ship Dates of Pre-Order Items are product specific and vary in length.  Please note, regardless your payment will be processed within 10 days of placing a PRE-ORDER

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE?

When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.
